And I mean it.
Yesterday, I was so amused at eating sunflower seeds (*tweet tweet!* *chirp chirp!*) given by Eye Candy ~♥ and my favorite puto't kutsinta passed around (read: Cielo's monopolizing) by the Team Leader (you know, the type which are wrapped in banana leaves and paper bags and are just so addictive).
They kept me occupied during my whole shift, along with my making of a Weights Training Program for class. To cut things short, I didn't eat a proper "dinner", my last meal being at 11am that same day.
I went to PE this morning (after watching Mar Aldentro for Spanish 40), all excited about lifting those weights. The class is at 10-11am. Still no breakfast, save for water. In the middle of the class, I really just had to run to the bathroom and expell the non-existent contents of my stomach.
LESSON: Eat something before doing strenuous exercises. Please.
As someone living in the semi-graveyard shift, which I have affectionately dubbed the "Tea Time Shift", my eating habits have dramatically shifted. At first, I could manage waking up at 9 and have a decent sandwich, pancake, or whatever light breakfast I come across at home. Lately, my body's asking for more rest. So what happens is that I eat brunch -- or just lunch between 10am-12nn, dinner between 6-8pm and midnight snack, which doubles as "breakfast" between 12mn-2am.
And, no, I don't turn to smoking, candies or chewing gum (coffee and hot chocolate, maybe) to substitute meals. It would have to be solid food.
And yes, I'd rather keep my Renaissance-like figure, thankyouverymuch.
